Post Construction Cleaning is usually done by a larger 3 to 6 person team and includes but is not limited to:

• Complete wiping, dusting and detailing of the entire house or newly remodeled areas
• Removing minor construction debris such as minor paint and cement splashes.
• Vacuuming and wiping walls, and ceilings
• Washing and deep cleaning windows (outside optional)
• Cleaning window tracks, sills, and frames
• Appliances removed of coverings and wiped
• Sweep stairs, landings, walks, decks, patios, and garage floors
• Detailing all floors (wood, concrete & tile)
• Cleaning and washing (optional) carpets
• Detailing kitchens & bathrooms including exteriors and interiors

Interior trash and debris can be hauled off, with unit ready for walk-thru inspection. (prior notice required)
